We accept all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country.
We are pleased to offer free delivery to customers who spend over $30 in most areas of Metro Vancouver. This delivery is offered personally by the Tiny You team.
We only ship in Canada right now. We use a combination of our own private delivery system for local orders (in Vancouver and Lower Mainland) and Canada Post Priority Parcel for those further away. Delivery from Tiny You in most areas of Metro Vancouver is free when you spend over $30. Otherwise, there's a flat $9 shipping rate ($25.00 for book sets).
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. For major urban centres, delivery takes approximately 24 hours (after processing times). In non-major locations, expect delivery 2-3 days after processing. Remote regions will take between 5-8 business days after processing. We put in a lot of effort to make your shipping experience better, faster, and cheaper. If there's any issue, we'll contact you to work out a solution.
We standby our products and gladly offer returns on items purchased. Please email us if you plan to return an item within 7 days of delivery. Proof of purchase is required. Items must be unwashed and unused with original tags/labels attached. All return shipping costs and handling charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Initial order shipping costs will not be refunded.
We do not except changes due to tracking complications. If you need a different size, colour, etc., please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
We will endeavour to work with you if the item hasn’t shipped. If it has, the item will need to be returned and a new order processed.
Yes, we offer a lovely bag, with some stickers and a small card that can be purchased for a nominal fee when checking out.
