We are pleased to offer free delivery to customers who spend over $49 in most areas of Metro Vancouver. This delivery is offered personally by the Tiny You team.
We use a combination of our own private delivery system for local orders (in Vancouver and Metro Vancouver) and Canada Post Expedited Parcel for those further away. Delivery from Tiny You in most areas of Metro Vancouver is free when you spend over $49. Otherwise, there's a flat $15 shipping rate for the rest of Canada, $25 shipping rate for USA. Additional customs or duties are buyers responsibility.
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location: Major Urban Centres: Approximately 5 business days after processing. Non-Major Locations: Expect delivery within 6-7 business days after processing. Remote Regions: Delivery takes about 8-9 business days after processing. We strive to enhance your shipping experience by making it faster and more cost-effective. Should any issues arise, we will promptly contact you to resolve them efficiently.

Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility:
You are eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. Please ensure that the items are in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached.

Streamlined Process for Local Delivery Orders:
If you are a local customer and place a new order within 30 days of a previous purchase, and wish to return an item from that initial order, simply include a note stating 'Please collect the unwanted item from my previous order.' Our delivery team will pick up the item when delivering your new order, provided the delivery address is within our local delivery area in Burnaby. This service eliminates the need for you to visit our store for returns.

Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 3% of the purchase price will be withheld from the refund for any returns made due to buyer's preference.

Final Sale Items:
Swimsuits, underwear, and hats are final sale and cannot be returned. Additionally, all sale items or items purchased using a promotional code are final and cannot be returned.

We do not except changes due to tracking complications. If you need a different size, colour, etc., please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
We will endeavour to work with you if the item hasn’t shipped. If it has, the item will need to be returned and a new order processed.
Shipping fees for book sets are specific to each set and are clearly indicated on the product detail page. We attempt to combine smaller book sets into one shipping box to minimize costs, provided the combined weight does not exceed 12kg. If there is a discrepancy between the shipping fee paid and the actual shipping cost calculated by Canada Post Expedited Parcel, we will reimburse the difference to the customer.
